JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We're looking to hire a " Personal Assistant ", who is very organized and confident, and has good communication skills,the ability to multitask without losing focus on priorities, and the ability to write persuasive copy/articles.

PA:
• Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative services to the Principal across the range of his work and the HQ.
• Provide a strictly private and confidential Personal Assistant role to the Principal. Manage his workload, assist him in his tasks on hand and act as first point of contact.
• Arrange travel; air ticket, transportation and accommodation for him and his family.
• Arrange the business travel for all employees.
• Maintain and organize Principal’s diary, and support his schedule.
• Circulate reports, minutes and agendas for all meetings and liaise with the executives of the company as required.
• Manage database and filing system.
• Cooperate in organizing events and conference.
• Manage clients relationship.
• Conserve Principal’s time and promote the Firm’s image by representing the Principal.
• Liaison between Principal, key executives and employees.
• Other personal assistant as might be required.

Admin.
• Oversee and administers the day-to-day activities in the reception.
• Supervise the work of drivers/office assistants in supporting roles
• Manage and Maintains Kitchen and supplies inventory
• In charge of the Petty cash fund of the company
• Monitor utility Bills
• In charge of Office Library
• Other administration tasks might be required for managing the office

REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and other required software,
• Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality
• Excellent administrative writing and organizational skills and ability to perform multitask.
• Clear understanding of confidentiality.
• Proactive and take initiative, promoting process, decision making
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt the changes to meet the deadlines.
• Excellent written English and ability to communicate at all levels internal and external.
• Must be able to correspond on behalf of Principal in-line with the operational requirements and company’s policies
