JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Objectives: Reporting to the CEO the Procurement & Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the department within this large manufacturing organisation.
Main responsibilities:
- Liaises with key company employees to determine their needs
- Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
- Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
- Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
- Researches new products and services to meet company's goals
- Assesses total costs of company purchases
- Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels
- Oversees and provides guidance to the the team within Procurement & Logistics
- Provides detailed reports to the Chief Executive Officer

Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: ASAP
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday
Gross monthly base salary: up to AED 27,000/month
Other Benefits: Personal Healthcare, Vacation Airfare and EOSB
Salary:
AED
23,000 to 27,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
- University Qualifications: Degree or Diploma
- Nature and length of previous experience: At least 10 years experience in procurement & logistics and must have held senior management position for a minimum of 5 years
- Specialist knowledge: Procurement & Logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Age Range: 35 to 55
- Language Fluency: English
- Current Location: UAE
