JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a well known Architectural consultancy based in Dubai. Due to a large ongoing high rise project, they have a new requirement for a Project Architect to work on site.
Your new role:
• Reporting to the Director, you will lead the site architectural team liaising with the client representatives, contractors, site engineers and subcontractors.
• You will attend coordination meetings with the project team and monitor progress on site.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered:
• You have at least 20 years experience, with at least 7 years in the UAE
• Applicants must have worked on luxury high rise buildings
• Have a BSc Degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable University
• Have a UAE Society of Engineers Membership
• Arabic speaking is desirable however not essential
