JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client a very reputable engineering consultancy requires a Project Manager (Consultancy) for a shopping centre project in Dubai.
REQUIREMENTS
My client requires applicants who fulfil the following criteria:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a strong preference.
- Minimum of 20 years post graduate experience, with at least 5 years in UAE.
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years on large shopping centre projects at a senior level on client side.
- Excellent knowledge of contracts and construction project management.
- You must currently be at Project Manager level for site supervision.
