JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a Diplomatic Mission based in Abu Dhabi, who is looking to hire a Property Administrator to identify suitable accommodation for their diplomatic staff in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
This role will be varied, covering a wide variety of administrative tasks which will include but will not be limited to sourcing suitable properties for senior staff, negotiating leases, inventory management and inspections, liaising with support staff as well as tracking information for internal purposes. This role will require someone who is a self-starter, understands the challenges of relocation and has a strong understanding of the property market in the UAE.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should ideally be Abu Dhabi based holding a valid UAE driver license and have at least 2-5 years’ previous experience in property and maintenance management or experience within a similar role focused on relocation. You should have strong verbal and written English language skills as well as be an individual that can handle large levels of responsibility. As this role requires extensive contact with senior individuals, it is essential that you are well presented, have strong interpersonal skills and have a positive nature.
