The Job
On behalf of a leading multinational Landscape Contractor, I require a Quantity Surveyor to work on the development of new projects in UAE, Qatar & Saudi.
• Successful Candidates will have a minimum of 7 years post graduate (QS or BEng Civil related) experience and a back ground delivering Civil, infra or landscaping projects. Candidates must be proficient with post contract duties and a knowledge of EoT related procedures.
• Candidates must have experience in region. Well conversant in cost management techniques, review and report costing projections, substantiate claims, progressive billings verification's and vast experience in handling contractual large scale projects

REQUIREMENTS
• Western Educated.
• 7 years + post grad experience.
• Experience in Civil, Infra or Landscape projects.
• Salary 23-30K AED depending upon experience.
