JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Quantity Surveyor - Engineering consultancy or surveying practice experience only
Our client an boutique Engineering & Project Management Consultancy requires a Quantity Surveyor for the Abu Dhabi Office.
The successful individual will work on a a variety of buildings and MEP projects within the leisure and retail sectors throughout the GCC
Whilst the role is office based in Abu Dhabi regular travel to project sites throughout the GCC including Saudi Arabia will be required.
The successful individual will be expected to work in these projects as sole surveyor alongside engineers with minimal or no supervision
REQUIREMENTS
To apply for the role you shop meet the following criteria;
• Should be educated to at least diploma level in Quantity Surveying (Degree preferred)
• Must have experience in MEP & Buildings projects experience
• 5-8 years experience including minimum 2 years in the UAE
• Experience of Leisure or Retail projects advantageous
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision
• Must be willing to travel regionally including Saudi
• Must be available for face to face interview in the UAE
