JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client a leading insurance company is actively searching for a hands-on RM Bancassurance to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

The role:
• Execute distribution initiatives in line with the Company’s strategies
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with bank partners
• Be the first point of contact for the banks’ sales force on application processes, post-sales, and product related issues
• Provide training to the banks’ sales force to equip them with the necessary skills
• Propose incentive and convention programs to drive sales
• Organize and manage events and conventions to improve bank engagement

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• This role is only for a UAE national
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales/Business Development or Account Management
• Relevant insurance sales experience an advantage
• Very good command in English
• Great personality
