Senior Real Estate Lawyer

Multinational Company
Search has been tasked with finding a senior level Real Estate lawyer for a client of ours based in the UAE.
They are part of a multinational conglomerate in the region who happen to have a presence in a number of countries around the globe.
REQUIREMENTS
The client is ideally seeking a lawyer who is:
- Mid to Senior level Law
- Focus is on Real Estate, but not seeking transactional work
Needs someone who is:
- Committed to the region
- Has ideally worked in the region, but not a requirement
- Confident they are able to self manage (will proven experience of this and will want this myself before submitting them)
- Arabic language ability would be advantageous but not a requirement
Ideally the person would be hitting the ground running as they have a number of developments that need managing.
The salary is to be roughly £135,000 to £145,000 with additional benefits.
