JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A well-established bank in Dubai with an impeccable reputation in the region is searching for a Real Estate Risk Control and Monitoring Manager to join their risk department. The role acts as a focal point for real-estate related issues eg real-estate financing, asset management of FRR, real-estate investments and Real-Estate Risk-Control issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To be in charge of new / enhancement Real-Estate Financing portfolio
• To be actively involved in Real-Estate Risk, including Central Bank Real-Estate Cap, Real-Estate Asset Swaps etc.
• Preparing Real-Estate financing credit policy and strategy.
• To provide quarterly update to Business and Credit on Real-Estate Market trends, feedback and future strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• At least 7-10 years experience in a managerial level at financial institution / consultancy / real estate industry in the Middle East.
• University Degree in Finance / Real Estate related subject.
• Hands on experience in use of asset management / valuation / development software.=
