JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, an international law firm, is currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist (for 2 months) to be based in their Dubai office. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Monitor office expenses and costs
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
• Provide legal secretary support as and when needed
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• A high school certificate or degree holder
• With minimum 3 years of receptionist/legal secretary experience, preferably gained in an international law firm
• Currently on a relative’s visa (sponsored by Father/Mother/Brother/Sister)
• Can do the temporary assignment for 2 months starting on 11th February 2018
• Willing to work from 8:30AM to 5:30PM
