JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading Dairy and Juice manufacturing company in the UAE is seeking a Refrigeration Technician with a demonstrated experience in repairing Freezers, Coolers, Softy Machines and is familiar with planned Preventive Maintenance and Safety programs.
The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for installing Refrigeration assets, maintaining company freezers, testing systems for proper functioning, performing emergency repairs, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Attending Costumer Complaints
- Submitting Complaint Reports
- Preventive Maintenance of Assets (Freezers, Coolers, & Softy Machines)
- Installation of new Assets
- Performing any duty assigned by the line manager
- Alternates for colleagues when requested by line manager
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Education : Diploma in Refrigeration
- Specialized Experience: Minimum of 3 years
- UAE Driving License: Preferred

- Quick & efficient in solving customer complaints

- Good attitude & respect for customers & colleagues
- Repair power electronic boards and Semi Hermetic Compressors
