JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• To collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data and prepare reports and studies to support the department.
• Collect, assimilate and manage property, economic, demographic data
• Analyze and evaluate applicability and accuracy of collected data
• Prepare statistical tabulations on collected data
• Write reports and present data in formats such as abstracts, graphs or maps
• Interview individuals (i.e. real estate agents) or entities (i.e. government departments) to obtain data or draft correspondence to answer inquiries
• Develop and maintain detailed fact sheets on each property/area, succinctly describing the overall development, the land use components, phasing, etc.
• Coordinate with and collect data from different Asteco departments such as Sales, Leasing, Property Management, etc.
• Provide research and assist in monitoring trends and forecasting for the real estate market in the UAE and beyond
• Attend conferences and exhibitions if required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Current Location: United Arab Emirates
• Language Fluency: English - essential. Arabic would be an advantage
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Report writing and analysis
• Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Driver's license and own car is a must
