JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Arabic Nationality and good written and spoken level of Arabic
• Hotel Diploma or Graduate
• Knowledge in Opera computerized reservation systems
• Good level of English
• Good hospitality telephone etiquette
• Pleasant voice
REQUIREMENTS
• Certified from a hotel school or diploma in hospitality + Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role from a reputed 4/5 star Hotel or International Hotel Chain
OR
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role from a reputed 4/5 star hotel or International Hotel Chain
