JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, Design & Engineering Consultancy have retained our services in their search for a Resident Engineer to work on a large scale residential villa complex in Dubai. Over the past year, our client has been extremely successful in winning several large-scale projects in Dubai and are now seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to manage the construction supervision now the project has started.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor s Degree in architecture or Civil Engineering
• Post graduate Master s degree is preferable
• Minimum 15-20 years’ experience
• Have led the site team for the full life cycle on at least one major project in the MENA region
• Must have experience in the delivery of large residential projects.
• Middle East project experience is essential with a minimum of 3 years
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing projects
• Familiarity of FIDIC and contract administration
