At Inspire Rec2Rec we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer for our Dubai office.
Responsibilities
- Searching for candidates
- Managing job applications
- Screening and Interviewing candidates
- Arranging and coordinating interviews
- Support of Senior Recruitment Consultants
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- No specific recruitment experience required, however, if you have previous Sales experience or experience in a telephone based customer service role it would be an advantage
- Graduate Degree (Desirable, but not essential)
- Confident interacting and engaging with people
- Excellent conversational communication skills at all levels
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
