SUMMARY
We are currently looking for exceptional candidates with a background in Luxury Retail to join one of our world renowned clients based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be expected to meet & exceed sales targets, provide excellent customer service and have genuine enthusiasm for the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
• Greeting and welcoming your clients into the store.
• Connect with your clients and determine their needs.
• Provide a comprehensive and bespoke service.
• Drive sales; meet & exceed KPI’s.
• Maintain standards within the store at all times.
• Well-presented and consistently show a positive attitude.
• Take responsibility for own actions.
• Display excellent communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in a similar role with another luxury or beauty brand.
• Excellent written and oral English.
• Fluency in Arabic would be a strong advantage.
• Possess a keen passion for customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Planned, organized, enthusiastic and proactive person.
• Sales driven and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
