JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

European owned Brokerage Firm based in Dubai looking for Positive and Dynamic people to join our sales team.

This job is about closing deals, so you will need to be charming, witty and possess a unique ability to read a situation, the circumstances and react accordingly.

Your core principles should revolve around honesty, integrity and sustainability. The work we do relies upon consistency, so being excellent in everything you do is paramount to success. You have to be Dedicated and Hard Working and always willing to go the extra mile. Being innovative and flexible in your approach is pre-requisite as this market changes almost as much as Dubai does!

About the role:

As a Sales Consultant your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Generating new instructions by way of outbound calling
• Prepare marketing details for advertising
• Keeping up to date with current movements within the market
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of your target market
• Liasing with clients to understand their specific needs and then offering solutions to those needs
• Negotiation of offers and contracts

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to drive in the UAE with valid driving license and use of car
• Must have at least 2 year's sales experience
• To be financially independent (this is a zero salary position)
• Outward calling experience is a bonus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Drive and determination
• Great interpersonal skills
• A team player but also capable to work independently
