In this job, you will:

- Responsible for DarkMatter's Relationship / Revenue / Client Satisfaction within an Industry Sector
- Masterful in developing a network of relationships across the various clients within the Sector
- Capable of segmenting and prioritizing clients within the Sector to meet annual objectives
- Meeting with executives at clients in both IT and Business to understand business strategies and areas of growth
- Manage complex sales cycles and present to C Level Executives / Demonstrate our capabilities & product in person and remotely
- Work with the extended DarkMatter team to develop and execute plans to close business
- Be able to translate and articulate the benefits of a technical solution in the language / context of client outcomes
- Act as the DarkMatter single point of contact and escalation point when clients have problems with DarkMatter
- Identify and qualify leads and sales opportunities
- Manage partner ecosystem within the Industry / Region
- Coordinate communication and activities amongst extended DarkMatter team in order to drive increased revenue
- Drive an average 8.5 NPS score with Clients to meet client satisfaction
- Be the Industry Voice within DarkMatter to increase industry focus within DarkMatter's GTM focus & strategy
- Be inspired to educate the market on our offerings and be relentless in pursuit of new customers and revenue.

REQUIREMENTS

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:

- Minimum 10 years' Experience working in Industry Sales, Knowledge and experience selling into Primary / Secondary / Tertiary Industry environments
- Broad understanding of the AD and Dubai Gov't structures. KSA also would be useful.
- Good understanding of the partner/ ecosystem
- General understanding of core government support systems and integration required.
- Good knowledge of the Government Digital platform & Gov't digital initiatives.
- Experience selling into large Government entities with large long term, complex solutions.
- Broad experience building a strong network of government contacts.
- Strong history of consultative selling skills - selling industry solutions - including ability to articulate return on investment value
- Experience of the complexities selling into clients both at Macro/Micro levels
- Ability to maintain productivity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in fast paced complex, collaborative and team oriented environment.
- Demonstrate over the past 2 years a record on concluding major industry IT contracts
- Demonstrate a solid network of clients within the industry - strong interactions with at least 2 of the top 5 clients
