JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is hiring a Sales Team Leader to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the designated sales team and the conversion of general sales leads. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in team management, strategy/planning and customer relationship management.
REQUIREMENTS
The applicant will require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating track record of success in senior/leadership sales roles. The Sales Team Leader must have experience within the Free Zones, Real Estate or MNC industries. The successful candidate will be experienced in networking and business development as they will be expected to attend events regularly. The candidate must speak English fluently and second language is an advantage.
The role will provide competitive salary package plus incentives.
