My client is a world renown multi-disciplinary design firm, with a long-standing reputation of delivering state-of-the-art and creative designs in the hospitality sector. Their success has come for a strong understanding of the field along with a status for providing perfect products that delight all their clients.
With a vision to expand and grow into global markets and with exciting projects coming their way they are immediately requiring a Senior Architect to join their existing team and work on a hospitality project.

Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings with the Director and assist in taking the full client brief
- Develop concept designs based on client brief
- Manage Revit teams on the development of detailed design drawings.
- Research, plan, design, administer building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes and building materials.
- Ensure that the architect’s design is being delivered by the contractor and deal with on site design snags that occur
- Address adjustments desired by the client in coordination with design architect.
- Assist project manager in review and selection of architectural materials so they are in concurrence with approved material submittals.
- Attend progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist project manager in resolving on site problems.
- Deal with any desecrations related to architectural issues on site.
