Senior Digital Marketing Executive - SEO & User Experience - Level (Arabic Speaking)

We are looking for a seasoned digital marketing professional to play an active role in our Digital team to be primarily responsible for overseeing all User Experience and SEO-related projects, including analytical reporting.

The ideal candidate would be a bilingual (Arabic and English) digital marketer with a success record in executing and applying the best practices in UX and SEO within an eCommerce environment. They would also be able to demonstrate a proactive and knowledgeable approach to conduct usability experiments and studies along with recommendations for decision-making scenarios

As part of the Digital team, your role will also assist with the overall digital transformation plan for the company, enhancing the customer experience and improving the performance of digital marketing activities.

What you’ll do:
• Apply the keyword research for brands, products and generic keywords
• Conduct user behavioral research and audience profiling
• Conduct on-page and off-site SEO analysis for our website and competitors
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Execute the ecommerce SEO strategies
• Create personas through user research and data
• Build the SEO on-page templates
• Conduct the digital user journey mapping and flows
• SEO copywriting for titles, metas for static and category pages
• Assist and guide the content team to produce SEO-friendly content
• Collaborate with the product team to create intuitive, user-friendly digital apps
• Monitor brand’s online performance using the analytics tools as well as competitors’ online activity using the tracking tools
• Implement the measurement plan, install tracking pixels and apply tagging through tag manager
• Prepare the Digital performance reports and dashboards

REQUIREMENTS

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:
• A clear understanding of online consumer behavior in the GCC
• 5+ years of experience in a digital role within an eCommerce environment
• Demonstrate leadership and the ability to implement and project-manage complete SEO strategies, analytics and user experience (UX) analysis and optimization
• Deep understanding of marketing and digital with knowledge of best practice in UX, data and online measurement
• General understanding of the technical aspects of digital platforms, automation and integration across platforms with experience in overseeing the development and optimization of digital assets
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with solid knowledge of analytics tools and proven excellence in deployment, performance and testing
• Content SEO skills in both languages Arabic and English
• Excellent attention to detail with planning, organization and multi-tasking skills
• Team player and ability to work independently under pressure
• Familiarity with user-interface guidelines and best practices for major platforms
• Proven experience in A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization for ecommerce
• Knowledge of best practices related to website architecture and data management
