As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you would lead the overall delivery of the Product Marketing and International Markets projects plan. With full accountability on individual projects (products) revenue targets.

You will be a key part of the brand marketing team that compliments the overall marketing strategy of Dubai Properties Group. The marketing team would be responsible for the accelerated growth of the property development portfolio and also supporting other business entities. The successful candidate will play a significant lead role in the development and implementation of brand and marketing strategic plans that will target both the existing and potential customers of Dubai Properties across international markets. The scope will include all facets of the brand marketing mix, to ensure that DPs Branding, Project Launches and profit goals are achieved. This candidate must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong ability to work in a team.

Key Accountabilities :

• Implement integrated marketing plan in line with over international marketing strategy.
• Implement assigned project marketing plans and budget to meet revenue targets.
• Implement Project strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, identify new growth opportunities, and maximize profitable sales for each customer segment.
• Build and manage effective relationships with customers and identify specific initiatives that improve the customer experience and overall retention.
• Ensure that formal briefs are provided to functional marketing teams for relevant marketing activity.
• Work with Development and Sales and ensure that optimal product characteristics by consumer target segment are jointly agreed for each project.
• Achieve the standards that are established in KPIs.
• Support the Director Marketing in achieving the desired project / destination ROIs as per the business plan.

REQUIREMENTS

• University or Masters degree in marketing.
• 6-8 years experience brand management experience within in a blue chip FMCG would be an advantage.
• Results oriented, with an ability to deliver results and take initiative with minimal supervision in a highly collaborative environment.
• Knows or has education to apply basic marketing mix concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies and customer segmentation).
• Ability to achieve high results in brand awareness and recognition (based on survey conducted by third parties).
• Experience using data and analytics to drive successful marketing/branding programs.
• While knowledge of spoken and written Arabic is a plus, this is not a mandate.
