Senior Recruitment Team Leader for a Professional Services Multinational

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• This role reports to Middle East recruiting Manager supporting the recruiting efforts for Middle East. S/he plays an integral role in developing recruitment strategies and resourcing plan for senior hiring. He/she provides day-to-day leadership to the team of 2 Assistants.
• Manages U.S. and Canadian recruiting activities (plans strategy, screens applications, makes invite/reject decisions, prepares offers, organizes entire follow-up process, budget management)
• Manages senior hiring through all possible channels; independent LinkedIn search and head-hunters
• Supporting the sourcing plan and meeting the recruitment targets
• Managing a team of 2 Assistants; day-to-day work allocation and performance appraisals
• Provides account and channel support within the context of marketing/branding
• Takes full ownership of the process and driving things forward autonomously
• Pushes for changes and identifies areas for improvement in recruitment process
• Coordinates activities with other global offices
• Prepares controlling sheets, controlling reports, and pipeline reports

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Fluent, business level, written and spoken English communication skills
• A relevant bachelor's degree plus 5-6 years Recruitment experience, preferably at a professional services firm in the Middle East
• Advanced Microsoft Office (formatting, track changes, mail merge) Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and PowerPoint
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Proven team management skills
• A hardworking attitude, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Professional demeanor with experience in a multinational environment
• Comfortable with the use of data based systems and report running
• Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capability
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders effectively
• High degree of flexibility to accommodate a fast-paced environment
• Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
