JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Aquamatch is willing to hire a Site Engineer for GCC & Middle East organization for Dubai Office. The Site Engineer will be responsible for leading the project Site Engineering work disciplines as well as able to direct Site staffing, planning and controlling projects.
Core Responsibilities Of The Site Project Engineer Include:
• Drive project execution and coach the team.
• Provide overall planning and organization during installation and commissioning.
• Develop staffing plans.
• Coordinate all supervision, commissioning and erection works
• Lead the project execution planning including site sub contracting.
• Initiate, monitor, and update the project schedule, estimates timelines, monitor project development change to established scope and baselines.
• Identify and take corrective action (with appropriate approval) to ensure the project site goals for cycle-time, and quality are met.
• Deliver as-built and operations/maintenance documentation to the facility.
Responsibility Zone: KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait
Reporting to: Country Director
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (mechanical, chemical or environmental engineering is preferred)
• 3 years of industry relevant experience (water treatment systems and equipment)
• Experience leading teams
• Excellent communication skills, organizational and work coordination skills, and interpersonal skills are also critical to role success
• Change management experience
• Has experience in managing the deliverables needed to prepare project estimates and schedules
• Arabic Speaker is plus
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Located in UAE / Bahrain
Salary: 9.000 – 10.000 AED plus fixed allowances
