JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Senior Officer - HR Reporting & Analysis (UAE National ONLY)

- Prepares and recommends the Human Capital Performance Reporting and Analysis section budget by preparing analysis and data related to specific elements as directed

- Monitors the financial performance of the Human Capital Performance Reporting and Analysis section against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon

- Supervises day- to- day operations of the Human Capital Performance Reporting and Analysis section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures

- Monitors and communicates the Human Capital function’s performance results through the monitoring of project execution, financial results, execution of strategic initiatives, etc. to ensure the implementation of strategy, achievement of KPI's and that targets have been achieved and highlight any deviation from planned achievements for preventative action if required

- Oversees research on key development drivers and risks facing the Human Capital function whilst providing supporting analysis, benchmarks and feasibility studies to facilitate key decision making on development initiatives

- Supervises the activities and work of subordinates by providing formal and informal feedback to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in accordance with set individual targets

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent with preferably a post graduate degree

- 3-6 years relevant experience including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing supervisory responsibilities
