Service Specialist
United Arab Emirates

Are you a highly innovative and transformative professional with excellent organizational and problem solving skills? Do you have 5 years' experience as lead technical role in large enterprise wide projects within banking industry and 2 years' experience in ITIL Service Management processes? If yes, then our recruitment specialist wants to speak with you!

The successful candidate will be responsible with:

* Develop, refine and communicate the IT Service Catalogue to provide clear guidelines and standards for service delivery to the organization.
* Ensure all services in operation and new services moving into transition are correctly recorded and retired services are removed from the Service Catalogue at the appropriate time
* Ensure that the Service Catalogue is available, accurate, and meets IT Service Provider and End User needs.
* Obtain and verify information to be included in the Service Catalogue from the authorized Service Owners and other information providers
* Support development and communicate costing chargeback models for IT service delivery to enable users to budget appropriate funds to cover required services.
* Ensure each service has an identified Service Owner and Provider
* Analyze and review Service Catalogue agreements for referential integrity, and to ensure that the Catalogue and agreements take into account the same service dependencies
* Escalate to the Service Catalogue Management Process Owner where the process is not fit-for-purpose

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field is highly preferred; however, equivalent work experience will not be overlooked.
* 5 years' experience as lead technical role in large enterprise wide projects
* 4 years of experience in Finance / Banking industry
* 2 years of experience in ITIL Service Management processes
* Understanding of General IT Service Management policies, procedures, and best practices
* Have understanding and experience in a capacity management background covering cloud, server, storage, networks, virtualized environments, applications, databases and associated tool sets
