The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring to achieve the sales targets through exceptional customer experience, generate and present periodic sales reports.

• Embrace the brand and ensure the implementation of its strategy in line with the company’s directions.
• Accountable for stock inventory process and summary.

The Shop Manager must have strong focus on achieving sales targets, conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends. Be innovative with ways to improve the business. Be a leader and visible in the shop floor to produce sales and assist in customers’ experience and VIPs.

• Coordinate with various divisions, logistics, marketing and merchandizing team regarding new launches, in store animation or renovation.
• Prepare schedules to ensure proper coverage of the store and maintain the team’s grooming standards
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to check displays and address any for improvements in line with the brand’s standards.
• Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display, lighting and stock rotation
• Can be involved in the recruitment process
• Conduct the performance appraisal and assessment of the team
• Responsible for team training and maintaining records
