JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Site managers are responsible for preparing sites prior to the commencement of construction work. This includes setting out the site and organising activities. They plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications budgets, timescales. They are on hand throughout the build to assess progress and solve problems that arise.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Building Engineering
At least 10 years’ experience in GCC
Excellent communications and inter-personal / leadership skills are essential.
Manage team and act as a champion to break new grounds and self-motivated.
