Staff Nurse (RN) – Pediatric (PICU/Ward) - Western Female - Al Ain
A well-established, high-end long-term care facility in Al Ain is looking for Female Western Pediatric Nurse with PICU or Pediatric Ward experience to join their highly professional team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
• The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the assessment of required care and the development, implementation, and evaluation of holistic care for Paediatric residents/patients in a long-term care setting.
• Is able to communicate effectively at all levels within the interdisciplinary team.
• Promotes a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research, evidence-based practice and the developmental of additional clinical skills in the specialty.
• Assists in the safe, effective and efficient management of the department with allocated resources.
• Promotes good health and well – being through education.
• Understands supports and promotes the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Adheres to and promotes applicable Code of Conduct including home country registration.
Salary:
AED
20000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be Western and have Western Education and Training. Only candidates from the following countries will be shortlisted: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, USA
• Not less than 3 years experience, 2 years of which in a Pediatric ICU/Pediatric Ward with exposure to patients on ventilator and or tracheostomy.
• Bachelor degree in Nursing, OR
• Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with (Minimum two (2) years course duration) And Successful completion of the National exam: USA: NCLEX – RN Canada: Licensing Exam
• Current National Nursing License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Package:
• 20,000 AED per month + housing allowance
• 48 hours per week
• Paid visa and nursing license
• Paid yearly return ticket for the employee
• Free health insurance for the employee
• Unlimited contract
