DESCRIPTION
- Supervise, Implement work objectives and schedules in order to ensure that an effective service is provided to the business within the KPIs & SLAs.
- Effectively follows up with various departments on all issues to ensure satisfactory closure.
- Identify, propose improvements of procedures and reports to support the ongoing development of Logistics.
- Communicate, Coach and motivate staffs, monitors individual performance and review of various productivity metrics. Conduct annual performance reviews for staff within the station.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop continuous improvement methodology in key areas of service, profit, and growth, and use key performance indicators to drive and quantify cost optimization while maintaining customer quality and service.
- Ensure that the station facility provides a clean, professional, and safe working environment for all employees.
