JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a leading bank in Abu Dhabi is actively searching for a Talent Acquisition & Emiratization Head to evolve and implement Bank-wide Recruitment strategy to address the recruitment requirements of the bank
The Role:
• Provide value-added inputs and oversee conduct of the Manpower Planning exercise for all Group / Divisions / Departments across the bank
• Provide value added inputs to Group / Division / Department Head / Area Managers and Line Managers on the most appropriate method of recruitment for their manpower requirements
• Undertake search of quality applications [locally & internationally] using different sources to find the right candidate for the approved positional requirements of each division
• Screen and evaluate candidates against established recruitment criteria to ensure effective quality of applicants & efficient time management of interview panel
• Oversee all aspects of administrative management of the selection process [by providing directions to the Resourcing Team] to ensure adherence to agreed service standards for the selection process
• Cultivate & establish relationships with external service providers i.e. advertising firms, recruitment agencies, consultants, or headhunters to ensure sufficient supply of right fit applicants for consideration
• Implement Internal Customer Feedback System and Standards to increase Staff Satisfaction for all Resourcing services
• Conduct Assessment Centres for recruitment of all applicants to add distinctive value to the selection process
• Provide meaningful benchmarking data regarding various aspects viz. Recruitment Practices, Manpower Planning, Succession Planning etc. to migrate best practices
• Evolve and implement appropriate communication mediums to enhance bank’s image and ability to attract targeted segments of prospective recruits through participation in relevant activities
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in HR or CIPD preferable
• Banking experience is preferable
• Progressive experience within talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Good communication skills
