JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading Financial Services Organization who is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate to handle its extensive recruitment growth plans for 2018 & 2019.

This role will require someone who has strong recruitment experience preferably with a focus on Financial Services, Insurance or Professional Services. You will have previously worked with career events, job fair and have extensive knowledge of job portals and social media career sites. You will be someone that is able to deal with stakeholders at all levels working closely to achieve hiring strategies. A strong people person, you will be someone who truly enjoys finding the best talent, enjoys handling on boarding and can also get involved in job evaluations.

REQUIREMENTS

This role requires someone that is Degree educated and has extremely strong verbal and written English language skills. Recruitment agency or in-house experience within FS, Insurance or Professional Services is a must as is excellent IT skills.
