Employment: Full Time

Hays are representing a large medical organisation based in Abu Dhabi, who are currently seeking to hire a Technical Support Supervisor with a background in healthcare and customer service. This organisation is a well-respected and highly regarded organisation with multiple offices in the region. Please note that this position requires a previous experience in working in technical support preferably in a healthcare orientated environment, therefore candidates who do not have experience within this domain need not apply, as they will not be considered.

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 4 and continually communicating with offices and laboratories internationally whilst providing leadership and day-to-day management of their team. The client requires a you to have an Higher Diploma and/or BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical related field.

REQUIREMENTS

You should have a minimum of 3 years’ call centre/ customer care experience in a medical environment, we must stress that this is a must-have in order for us to consider your application. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service as well as managing a team of 4. Your duties will include but not limited to managing the technical support department. Resolving internal and external issues. Proving support to the scientific team no projects, such as new test developments. Coordinate with laboratory operations and provide support to the Finance for operation related queries/invoices. Assisting the BD team with new and existing accounts. Building and maintaining relationships within the company and with its partners.
