JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling dental medical devices in the Northern Emirates region which consists of Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Your work will be field based.

Out client is a multi-national company specializing in the field of dental medical devices and has been in the industry for over 20 years and have successfully established businesses in over 90 countries around the world.
Description
* Establish account relationships with current doctors/dentists and actively grow the business by adding new customers to the portfolio
* Support doctors with the development of their practice
* Proactively communicate with clients and potential prospects
* Engage certified doctors and develop new cases
* Manage accounts in the Northern Emirates region and report back to the Area Sales Manager with all assigned reports
* Ensure fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned with a result oriented mind
* Consult regularly with the Area Sales Manager on implementation of objectives and sales budgets
* As a true team player, participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Job Offer
* Progressive career path along with a competitive salary package of up to AED 28,000 + commissions + additional benefits
REQUIREMENTS
* Demonstrates consultative selling ability and is highly organized with strong time management skills
* Action oriented - takes initiative and is proactive with strong interpersonal, listening, persuasive communication and presentation skills, to give the best advice to clients
* Result oriented - naturally strives for the best performance and has the willingness to learn
* Displays a strong sense of urgency
* Fluent in English
* At least 3 years of proven sales record within the dental/medical devices field selling into healthcare establishments/doctors/dentists/clinics
* Based in the UAE with excellent market knowledge
