JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Western Franchise and Training Manager for a Leading FnB Holding Company in Dubai
• Western candidates preferred
• Male/Female, 40 years old below
• Bachelor’s Degree or any related course
• Minimum 5 years in the field of FnB and hospitality in a similar position
• The job is to be responsible in finding and developing new franchisees for the business and to implement effective training programs for the franchisees and all existing brands
• Experience in restaurant openings is a must
• Can handle all franchise inquiries, travelling maybe required
Work location: Dubai, UAE
REQUIREMENTS
• Should have strong leadership skills to manage franchisees
• Excellent business presentation and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Excellent computer skills especially in creating PowerPoint presentations
• Confident presentation skills
• Strong Organizational, planning and time management skills
• Strong dynamic working style
• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to work in a highly fast paced and complex operation
