JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
On behalf of our client a leading UAE based oil and gas operator we are looking to recruit a Well Intervention Supervisor. Reporting to the Well Intervention and Integrity Manager you will be responsible for supervising contractors involved in well services activities, these include Slickline and electric wireline operations, pumping operations ( cement, acid, scale treatments and water for pressure testing) by the stimulation vessel, wellhead investigations and repairs and coiled tubing operations. The position requires a high level of understanding and experience in all types of well intervention techniques, the position will also be responsible for the successful implementation of the intervention activities without comprising the company's safety policies
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have a mechanical engineering background, hold a IWCF Level 2 certification, have knowledge of well intervention industry standards, clear understanding of wells and well control techniques, well heads and Xmas trees and capable of attaining production competency for company satellites, knowledge of routine intervention techniques, slickline, electric wireline, pumping operations, PTW and TRA core behaviours
