Employment: Full Time

Join this great organisation as the in-house Yardi Development Specialist to manage ongoing developments and enhancements of the Yardi tool and functionalities utilised by the organisation.

Description

* Work closely with diverse teams and executives to fully control key operational and financial reports and modules
* Maintain the database systems especially Yardi from start to finish
* Identify, analyse, test, and document information for report development in multiple reporting options
* Recommend ad hoc analysis and develop custom reports in response to changing business needs
* Keep current the standardised and custom reports
* Collaborate with business leaders to continue the ongoing reporting process and help to resolve issues and improve processes

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* 4+ years in professional financial analysis
* Commercial, Investment Management and Job Cost Experience is required
* Advanced knowledge of Yardi report development and report types (scripted, YSL, YSR, SSRS, Crystal, Custom Analytics)
* Experience in database management, financial analysis, SQL queries, and Custom Analytics reports
* Experience with technical writing and training including the design, development, and delivery
* Yardi System and Budgeting & Forecasting modules a plus
* Yardi Voyager 7S a plus
