Position Title: Call center agent
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 300 JOD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Amman, Jordan
About the Client:
One of the largest pizza chains globally
Job Description:
• Take delivery orders though telecall.
• Register the orders correctly in the system.
• Assist and suggest menu item to the customers.
• Ensure that all order details are correct.
• Resolve customer complaints that is received at the call center
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Jordanian nationals
• 45 years old and below
• At least 1 year of call center agent experience from restaurant/f&b industry, or other BPO companies that offer services to food industry/order taking
