JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Main Tasks
- Operation and Maintenance of 3-layer Cast polypropylene (CPP) Film line
- Selection of optimal raw materials and condition for production of CPP film
- Calibrating and maintaining equipment used in the production process, including extruders, casting units, chill rolls and accessories to ensure optimal performance
- Lead a team of technicians
- Maintenance of slitter and metallizer of CPP film
- Ensure optimal winding and properties of CPP film

Requirements:

- Technician or engineer with experience of 3-5 years In operation and maintenance of CPP (cast polypropylene) film production lines.
- Good knowledge in the selection of raw materials and process optimization for CPP film production (corona-treated metallized film with heat-sealable layer)
- Good knowledge of calibrating and maintaining equipment used in the production process, including extruders, casting units, chill rolls and accessories to ensure optimal performance
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
