JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a prestigious organisation to appoint a HR Business Partner, Cluster Lead, for their Jordan office.

This role will support the Director of HR by providing general HR expertise across all HR activity within the cluster. You will provide support with strategy development, plans, budgets, projects and timelines to deliver the regional manpower and business plan. You will act as a HR Business Partner to the regional / country senior leadership covering any issues within HR. This role will lead a team of country HR professionals locally.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should hold a relevant Degree and have significant HRBP experience in an international context working across multiple business streams. Local labour law knowledge is a necessity, as well as a proven track record of developing relationships across business to a senior level. Further qualifications such as a CIPD or equivalent is advantageous.

It is essential you are a fluent English speaker for this role, Arabic is beneficial.
