Job Description & Summary

A member of the Pursuits & Insights team responsible for developing and editing reports and/or creative projects based on client's brief (internal or external), quality and creative standards, brand guidelines and within preset deadlines and budget

Financial

- Adhere to budget
- Submit timesheets accurately and on time, reflecting time to charge to clients for recovery

Customer

- Handle projects in coordination with Design Lead
- Submit reports to Design Lead in a timely manner
- Design graphics, layouts and visuals as per corporate policies and procedures for communication materials, including websites, intranet, social media platform (e.g. facebook, twitter), marketing materials (e.g. brochures, leaflets), articles, publications, press releases, corporate presentation materials, newsletters, audiovisuals, proposals etc.
- Design material for press releases and other media communications in alignment with corporate branding guidelines and relevant stakeholders
- Design material for internal communication material for senior management eg General Partner Meeting (GPM)

Internal Process

- Apply correct use of firm templates and branding guidelines to produce high quality deliverables in an efficient and timely manner
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, create concepts, develop visuals and finalize projects related to PwC and to its clients
- Share with Design Lead all design and report production output prior to client dispatch
- Ensure safekeeping of PwC files, data and archives
- Liaise with team on any final output to update the Design portfolio and archive into a knowledge repository database

Learning & Growth

- Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as needed

Education

- Degree in Graphic Design

Language

- Fluency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

Overall Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Specific Experience

- Experience in monitoring and achieving customer satisfaction with service quality
- Significant industry experience within the Middle East is preferred

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as basic presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and other relevant software(Word, Excel)
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite. HTML knowledge is a plus
- Ability to initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with co-workers, managers, and client staff
- Ability to resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
- Ability to take direction and accept criticism constructively
- Remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices
- Ability to cooperate with team members and superiors to promote a positive, healthy and efficient team environment
- Proactivity to engage in and participate to team meetings and brainstorming sessions
