Job Description & Summary
A career in Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.

Our Human Resources Technology and Transformation team provides human resource technology support to PwC and drives the implementation of new projects.

As part of the team, you'll help design, implement, and operate Human Resources technology applications that help us develop insights and strategies for our people and to drive business results.

Responsibilities
As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping our customers solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Work with applications data and conduct analysis of trends, discrepancies and other types of data manipulation
- Produce periodic reports and follow up with related teams on certain metrics and data quality issues
- Collect data required for data quality and performance KPIs and design dashboards and reports
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
- Creating process and procedures for current systems and provide training to end users

REQUIREMENTS

Years of Experience:
- 2+ years

University Degree:
- BA in Business, MIS, HR, or Computer Science

Previous experience
- HRMS is a Plus
- Business Analyst certification is a Plus

Skills:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent Team Work
