JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The main areas of responsibility:
• Online monitoring of the production area.
• Finished products monitoring within customer specs
• Maintaining Online QA records, on conformity reports
• Monitor packaging, labelling, sealing, temperature, production date
• Monitoring personal hygiene and GMP
• Monitor and advice the efficient implementation of sanitization and hygiene procedures (CIP).
• CCP Monitoring
• Ensure efficient production runs to minimize ingredient loss, package loss, production breakage and Run Downtime caused by quality Control.
• QA Hold and release of products
• Product quality and sensory evaluation
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Skills needed:
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing industry
• Shelf-life analysis
• HACCP
• Risk Assessment skills
• Physical & Chemical Analysis
• Sampling and Testing
• Process Control and KPI Monitoring
• Trend Analysis
• QAP and Inspection
• HACCP Awareness & Implementation
