JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a well-known law firm in the Middle East is looking for a Secretary who will provide primary support to the Partner and Legal Consultants.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Operation of the phone console, screening incoming calls, messages
• Scheduling of conference room, video/teleconferences, guest offices
• Legal Secretarial support for legal consultant
• Preparing routine documents, billing, and correspondence
• Time/Diary entry
• Filing
• Travel arrangements
• Calendar management
• Preparing check/wire transfer requests, expense reports
• Other administrative duties as may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Excellent Arabic and English communications skills (reading, writing, verbal)
• A minimum of three years of experience in a professional service environment/similar role
• Exceptional customer service skills, superb phone skills and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Professional demeanor and a demonstrated ability to establish a rapport with individuals at all levels of management, peers and guests
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong technical and proofreading skills
• Self-starter and team player
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Outlook, MS Word, Excel

Please note that this position will be based in Amman, Jordan.
