The opportunity
NGTO is a Consulting service that helps clients manage and improve the performance of their IT delivery, including their financial management, strategic sourcing, contract management, asset management and delivery management. NGTO's purpose is transforming technology delivery to enable new and disruptive business models . To keep pace with the growth, we have a unique opportunity open for a Manager of our Next Generation Networks team . In this role you will be responsible for managing full lifecycle activities of new networking products and services that are needed to meet today and tomorrow's business and technology needs of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- The role requires you to be responsible for digital product delivery, driving the development of next generation networking products.
You will have end-to-end accountability for:
- Business and IT Transformation Management
- Bi-modal Operating Model
- Product Design and Implementation
- Agile Product Management and DevSecOps
- You will help control costs by improving operational efficiency, reducing technical debt, consolidating technology resources, and leveraging automation to achieve capacity. With key focus on the following:
- Enterprise Platform
- Technology Modernization and Rationalization
- Asset Management
- Intelligent Automation
- You will collaborate with relevant departments to ensure IT Governance, Demand and Capacity.
- You will provide regular updates about product direction and release plans to the senior stakeholders and clients.
- You will be responsible for planning, management, and delivery of all team management related activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in performing technical work of complex difficulty across various aspects of network technology infrastructure design and implementations.
- 10+ years in the networking industry which includes at least last 3+ years in a team lead and product management function.
