Job Description
- Setting tables and trays according to the type of food ordered and the hotel's service standards.
- Performing opening and closing procedures established for the department.
- Accurately recording, pre-checking, and picking up all food and beverage orders.
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
- Providing an exceptional guest service experience.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Good English.
