Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming experience, taking orders and offering recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee equipment, utensils, and surfaces, following health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure we have everything we need to serve our customers effectively.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and the art of espresso preparation to educate customers and enhance their experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process for customers.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve coffee knowledge, beverage preparation skills, and customer service techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the café, including setting up displays and maintaining cleanliness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food handling, and customer service.
