Position Title: Brand Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.2K KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus
Benefits: as per Kuwait labor law plus airline ticket

Job Description:
• Develop and execute branding strategies for new restaurant launches, campaigns, and collaborations, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing to create a comprehensive brand manual covering identity, messaging, and visual guidelines.
• Oversee menu management, pricing strategies, and work with culinary teams to align the menu with brand standards and customer expectations.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with design, operations, and customer experience teams to maintain a unified brand vision across regions
Requirements:
Qualifications:• 37 to 48 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 3 years of restaurant experience in the similar role
• Extensive experience in developing branding concepts from scratch to finish, as well as enhancing existing concepts
• Open to overseas candidates as long as with previous experience in Kuwait or Middle East
