About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts continuously expanding in GCC, headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

Job Description:
-Oversee and optimize restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in SOPs, cost controls, and team performance.
-Drive brand identity and customer experience by aligning operations with marketing strategies and consumer trends.
-Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance menu profitability and service standards.
-Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and design teams to execute brand initiatives and maintain a competitive market presence.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
-48 years old and below
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or restaurant operations in the GCC, preferably in Kuwait, with a focus on high-volume, multi-location restaurants.
-English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
KWD 1,500 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
